Customer privacy

Brighten Up Auto collects your name, email, phone number, service address, vehicle details and VIN to arrange service, maintain service records and manage your warranty. Your email is verified before you can register a vehicle or book service.

We use Supabase for account and database services and Vercel to run this website. Essential account cookies keep you signed in. We do not require marketing consent to provide service.

A VIN allows remaining warranty coverage to follow a vehicle when it is sold. A later owner can see the vehicle's remaining coverage, but cannot see a previous owner's contact details or booking history.

We retain service and warranty records to administer coverage and resolve service questions. You can correct your contact information in your account. Service and warranty records remain attached to the VIN so we can administer remaining coverage.

Marketplace links may take you to another provider with its own privacy practices. We do not send your contact details or VIN to a parts marketplace when preparing a quote.
