Your Brighten Up Auto restoration includes a two-year warranty tied to your VIN. Qualifying warranty work is free.
When coverage starts
Coverage begins when your original restoration is completed and recorded, and lasts for two calendar years. Your account shows the expiry date. A warranty visit does not restart the original two-year term.
Selling or buying the vehicle
The remaining coverage follows the VIN. The new owner signs up with their own contact details and registers the vehicle. We find its remaining coverage without sharing the previous owner's personal information.
Requesting service
Sign in, select your vehicle and describe the problem. We verify the VIN and review whether the issue relates to our restoration work. Approved qualifying work is performed at no charge. Service dates are arranged around our availability and service area.
What this covers
This warranty covers the headlight restoration and protective coating we applied. It does not replace broken assemblies, bulbs or electrical components. We inspect the issue and explain our decision before arranging any work.
